Key ResponsibilitiesSecuritySupervise the daily operations of the Security team.Ensure adequate security coverage across all hospital areas.Monitor incident reports and ensure timely corrective actions.Coordinate emergency responses with relevant departments.Ensure compliance with hospital security policies.HousekeepingSupervise housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness throughout the hospital.Ensure compliance with Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) standards.Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms and public areas.Monitor cleaning schedules and staff performance.Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.LaundrySupervise laundry operations and ensure timely collection and distribution of linen.Monitor linen inventory and minimize losses.Ensure proper segregation and handling of contaminated linen.Coordinate with clinical departments regarding linen requirements.Ensure compliance with infection control standards.General ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly reports and operational KPIs.Conduct staff performance evaluations.Train and coach support services staff.Coordinate with Maintenance, HR, Nursing, and other departments.Investigate complaints related to support services.Monitor attendance, leave, and shift schedules.Ensure compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards (GAHAR/JCI).Perform any other duties assigned by management.
