Requirements
University degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development using Microsoft dot Net/ Java and experience in working with database using Oracle/SQL. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, customer service orientation, and very good communication skills are essential. Experience with Flexcube core banking system is a plus.

To support all Mashreq Egypt existing Technology applications, support business by implementing the new applications & develop in-house solutionsResponsibilities include implementation, project management and delivering unique service by providing high quality of support. Provide thought leadership in core, digital and channels technology and drive transformation projects and changes for all major business and technology initiatives, including continuous delivery, digitalization, strategy, automation and key technology/vendor selections resulting in reduction of operating cost & bring in efficiency in processesActively partner with business stakeholders and manage the project/change management and issuesEnsure that requirements and priorities are properly defined and are in line with business needsEngage and partner with business to understand requirements, ensure alignment to the strategy, principles and reference architecture, and assist in shaping the solution to achieve thisActively involve with Head Office Technology Applications teams in identifying and delivering key IT initiatives and projectsWork closely with delivery teams, testing teams, vendors to ensure solutions are delivered as per the business requirementsAdhere to bank's operational risk policyProvide general administration support to the team, including meetings, knowledge transfer and activity reportingAssess the impact and urgency of reported incidents, coordinate with relevant teams to resolve the incidents, keep the stake holders updated with the progressProviding high quality application support to stakeholders based on business and technical understanding in a timely mannerDesign and develop in-house solutions to support business needsCoordinate & support the User Acceptance tests activitiesProvide training to the key users on the in-house developed solutionsKeep up to date on new technology, standards, protocols and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environmentTake a main role in Request and change ManagementUniversity degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experienceExperience in software development using Microsoft dot Net/ JavaExperience in working with database using Oracle/SQLStrong analytical and conceptual skillsStrong customer service orientationVery good communication skillsExperience with Flexcube core banking system is an extra
