GROUP GENERAL MANAGERAt Sea | $6,000 - $8,000 USD per MonthPOSITION OVERVIEWWe are searching for an accomplished and hands-on Group General Manager to provide senior oversight across two luxury river cruise vessels, with a soft opening announced for November. This is a strategic yet deeply operational role for an experienced General Manager who leads from the ground up, with a strong presence on board and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in multi-property or multi-vessel leadership, a sharp eye for guest experience, and the expertise to drive training, development, and operational excellence across both vessels. Cruise ship experience is not required.The fleet caters primarily to the U.S. and Mexican markets, with high season spanning six months of the year.
