The tutor will deliver engaging online English lessons to learners of various ages and proficiency levels, following Upedia's curriculum and teaching standards. Responsibilities include planning lesson activities, using digital platforms and tools to facilitate interactive learning, assessing student progress, and providing clear, constructive feedback. The tutor will also support learners in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, adapt teaching strategies to individual needs, and participate in periodic training or team meetings to align with best practices and program goals.QualificationsStrong English language proficiency, with excellent speaking, writing, and grammar skills.Experience in teaching, tutoring, or facilitating language learning in online or classroom settings.Comfort with educational technology, online teaching platforms, and digital collaboration tools.Ability to plan lessons, structure learning activities, and assess language skills effectively.Clear communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to engage learners of diverse backgrounds.Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage a full-time remote teaching schedule.Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL or similar certification is an advantage.Prior experience teaching children, teens, and adult learners is beneficial, especially in international or multicultural contexts.
