Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 8 years of direct Project Management or Senior Project Engineer experience managing EPC or EPCM oil and gas related projects. Must possess demonstrated administration skills for leading project packages, developing schedules, and providing status reports, along with hands-on experience with major sub-contractors, a strong commitment to safety, and exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in marine logistics and interface management is an advantage. Candidates must have full work rights in Australia.

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to be based in our Brisbane office on a permanent contract.

The ideal candidate would be part of a broad project management and engineering team supporting the Senior Project Manager. 

The position requires management of specific packages including interacting with the Senior Project Manager to ensure a coordinated execution approach for inclusion in FEED and Execution phases of the project. Hands-on experience with directly managing projects with previous oil and gas service providers would be strongly preferred
