Senior .NET Developer (Offshore)Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer (Offshore) to join our remote engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver software solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.Participate in system architecture, technical design, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.Ensure high-quality deliverables while working effectively in a remote, offshore environment.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of professional experience in .NET application development.Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL Server.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proven experience working with distributed or offshore teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.Familiarity with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor.Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.Microsoft certifications are a plus.
