Demand & Supply Planning ManagerLocation: QatarWe are seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planning Manager to join our growing restaurant and hospitality operations in Qatar.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply planning activities across food and non-food categories. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced SAP knowledge, and excellent Excel skills to support data-driven decision-making and ensure optimum product availability across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate demand forecasts across food, beverage, and non-food categories.Lead demand and supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and excess inventory.Analyze sales trends, seasonality patterns, promotions, and operational requirements to improve forecast accuracy.Monitor inventory performance, stock coverage, and replenishment plans.Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.Utilize SAP and advanced Excel tools to generate reports, dashboards, and planning insights.Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and recommend corrective actions.Support monthly planning reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive planning efficiency and inventory optimization across multiple restaurant operations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning.Strong experience within Restaurants, Hospitality, Catering, Food Service, FMCG Food, or Retail Food sectors.Hands-on experience using SAP ERP systems.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis.Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.Experience managing both Food and Non-Food categories.Ability to work with large and complex datasets and convert information into actionable business insights.GCC experience is highly preferred.Preferred BackgroundCandidates currently working as:Demand & Supply Planning ManagerDemand Planning ManagerSupply Planning ManagerS&OP ManagerInventory Planning ManagerForecasting ManagerSupply Chain Planning Managerwill be highly regarded.What We're Looking ForCommercial mindsetStrong problem-solving skillsData-driven decision makerExcellent stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
