Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the main contracting arm of an established Dubai-based interiors and contracting group.The role will be responsible for leading and controlling projects from site mobilisation through to completion, working closely with the Projects Director and General Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget.The OpportunityThe business delivers high-quality construction projects, including villas and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will have strong civil construction experience, with fit-out experience preferred, and will take a lead role in the day-to-day management and coordination of projects.The position is based in Dubai, although relocation may be required depending on project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and control projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating construction teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.Monitor project budgets, costs and financial performance, providing accurate reporting to senior management.Coordinate procurement, materials, subcontractors and resources to ensure projects remain on programme.Work closely with planning teams to monitor progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.Coordinate with consultants, clients and relevant authorities to ensure approvals, inspections and statutory requirements are achieved.Oversee civil and construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.Identify and resolve technical, commercial and programme issues during construction.Provide regular progress and project performance reports to the Projects Director and/or General Manager.Ensure effective coordination between site, commercial, procurement, planning and project management teams.Experience RequiredMinimum 4–5 years experience in a Site / Project Manager or equivalent senior site management position.Strong experience delivering villas and mixed-use developments.Civil construction experience is essential; fit-out experience would be advantageous.Previous experience with a main contractor of a similar scale and level is highly desirable.Proven experience coordinating multiple project stakeholders, subcontractors and consultants.Good understanding of local authority requirements and construction approvals.Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and reporting abilities.Experience working in the UAE is preferred.Why ApplyDubai based Senior site leadership role within an established Dubai-based main contracting and interiors group.Opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery and control of large construction projects.Exposure to high-quality villa and mixed-use developments.Competitive salary of AED 25,000–30,000, depending on experience and suitability.RB1601
