Vendor Management & Delivery Governance: Lead and govern vendor implementation activities, ensuring compliance with project scope, quality standards, timelines, security policies, and organizational governance requirements. Infrastructure Design & Technical Solutions: Review and validate infrastructure designs, provide technical guidance, resolve installation and design challenges, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and business requirements. Technology Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Research emerging technologies, evaluate industry best practices, recommend infrastructure enhancements, and contribute to the organization's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Technical Project Management (TPM): Act as the Technical Project Manager for assigned infrastructure initiatives, coordinating between internal stakeholders, business units, consultants, vendors, and asset contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Asset Infrastructure Planning: Support the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure assets, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and future business readiness. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, architects, and business owners to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and manage technical expectations. Risk, Security & Compliance: Identify technical risks, ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements, and implement mitigation plans throughout project delivery. Project Governance & Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design standards, implementation plans, project reports, and governance updates while ensuring proper change management and knowledge transfer. Operational Readiness & Handover: Ensure infrastructure solutions are fully tested, documented, and operationally ready before production handover, supporting smooth transition to operations and support teams. Performance Optimization: Monitor infrastructure performance, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend improvements to enhance availability, resilience, and operational efficiency.Experience: 4+ years in infrastructure implementation, and management, including ELV Skills: basic knowledge on Networking, Compute, storage, visualization, security, ELV / ICT, problem-solving, and communication.Attributes: Analytical, adaptable, collaborative, and able to work independently.
