Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the maintenance of airport ground support equipment (GSE), industrial equipment, or other specialized machinery. Strong working knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Previous experience in aviation, airport operations, or ground handling is highly preferred. Good command of the English language (written and spoken). Preferred age: 28–35 years. Required Skills Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills. Good understanding of aviation operational and safety requirements. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and maintenance procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems). Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

A leading company in the aviation industry is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of specialized airport operational equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on specialized airport operational equipment in accordance with OEM recommendations and company procedures. Conduct inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and functional testing to ensure equipment reliability and availability. Coordinate with internal technical teams and external OEM support to resolve technical issues. Ensure equipment is fully operational and available for daily airport operations. Perform pre-operational inspections and functionality checks before equipment is released for service. Maintain equipment performance and availability in line with operational KPIs. Prepare and submit daily maintenance reports and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with all aviation safety, operational, and maintenance procedures. Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency maintenance activities when required. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
