ROLE SUMMARYThe Manager, Events & Production is responsible for delivering high-impact corporate events that bring MAF's strategy, leadership agenda, culture, and brand narrative to life. The role manages end-to-end event execution, including planning, production, vendor management, budgeting, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and hybrid event delivery. Success requires strong project management, executive engagement, production expertise, and the ability to create seamless audience experiences.ROLE PROFILELead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including leadership forums, town halls, conferences, activations, launches, and hybrid experiences.Develop event concepts and production plans that align with MAF's corporate narrative, leadership agenda, culture, and strategic priorities.Manage event delivery from supplier briefing and venue coordination to rehearsals, logistics, onsite execution, and post-event reviews.Oversee relationships with agencies, production houses, venues, technical crews, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and value for money.Translate communications objectives into engaging, audience-focused, brand-aligned, and reputation-conscious event experiences.Manage event budgets, procurement activities, approvals, risk registers, contingency plans, health and safety requirements, and executive protocols.Drive the integration of hybrid event technologies, livestreaming platforms, registration systems, audience engagement tools, and event analytics.Collaborate with leadership offices, Corporate Communications, Brand, Internal Communications, P&O, IT, Security, Procurement, and external partners while capturing post-event insights and continuous improvement opportunities.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.6+ years of experience in corporate events, event production, stakeholder management, and vendor management.Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of corporate events, including leadership forums, town halls, conferences, activations, launches, and hybrid events.Strong expertise in vendor, agency, venue, production house, and technical crew management, ensuring seamless event execution and value for money.Experience managing event budgets, procurement processes, executive protocols, risk registers, contingency planning, and health & safety requirements.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across leadership teams, internal functions, external vendors, and hybrid event platforms.
